In what case can I get a refund?
1. If the corresponding request is sent at least 10 days before the start of the event, 100% of the cost of the electronic ticket is refunded;
2. If the corresponding request is sent within 5 to 10 days before the start of the event, 50% of the cost of the electronic ticket is refunded;
3. If the relevant request is sent within 3 to 5 days before the start of the Event, 30% of the cost of the electronic ticket is refunded;
4. If the relevant request is sent less than 3 days before the start of the Event, the cost of the electronic ticket is not refunded;
5. If you bought a ticket and you were not allowed at the entrance (for non-compliance with the rules of visit), the ticket will not be refunded.
Couldn't make a refund?
We will keep your ticket and transfer it to the next event of the same cost by agreement.
How to leave an application and how long will it take for the money to arrive?
You can leave a refund application in your personal account. More details can be found here.
The refund application is processed within 5 working days. After that, the money will be credited to the card with which the ticket was purchased within a week.
